How to make Kerala style Ayala Curry? Malabar Style Fish Curry

Ingrediants 


Ayala - 2 Nos
Tomato - 1
Fenugreek (Uluva) - 1 1/2 teaspoon
Gambooge (Kudampuli) - 2
Garlic Lahsun - 6
Green chilly - 2
Ginger- 1 small piece
Curry Leaves - 10
Shallot (Cheriya Ulli ) - 10
Onion - Half
Oil - 1 teaspoon
Salt - To TasteCoriander Leaves - 10
Pepper Powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Corriander Powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Turmeric - 1/2 teaspoon 







Method of preparation

Put Tomato, Garlic lahsun, ginger, Corriander powder, Pepper Powder and shallot in Mixi and grind it very well. 
Heat Greenchilly, Onions, Salt and Turmeric powder 
Put the mixture and again heat it for some time
Pour the Gambooge to this,  when its boiled put the fish.
Put the Corriander and Curry leaves on top of the curry.
